Stop circling. Get clarity. Start deciding.
1:1 Power Hours for women who have weighed every option and are ready to choose a direction and act on it.
Sixty minutes with a real person in your corner. You leave every session knowing exactly what you're doing next.
A free, no-pressure conversation about what's on your mind and whether coaching is a fit.
You've weighed every option. You're still stuck.
You've made the pro and con lists. You've talked it through with friends, with your partner, with yourself in the car. You can argue every side of it, and you still don't know what to do.
You know something needs to change, but you can't settle on what or which way to go.
You replay the same options at night and wake up no closer to an answer.
You make confident decisions for everyone else, but stall on your own next step.
You keep waiting to feel ready, and the feeling hasn't come.
Other people's needs keep coming first, and your own decision keeps getting pushed to "later."
This isn't a lack of ability. It's what happens when you try to solve it alone, in your own head, where the same thoughts keep looping. A conversation with someone who isn't tangled up in the outcome can break the loop.
What is a Power Hour?
A Power Hour is a focused 60-minute 1:1 coaching session, by video or in Reading, MA, built around one question: what's your next move?
It isn't open-ended venting, and it isn't someone handing you answers. You bring the decision, goal, or area of your life where you're stuck. We use the hour to get clear on what you want, work through what's in the way, and land on specific steps you can take right away.
How it works
Get clear. We start with where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what you want to be different. Together we define what progress would look like for you.
Make the decision. We look at your options, cut through the noise, and identify what fits your goals, values, and real life. You choose a direction you can stand behind.
Take action. We turn the decision into a plan with concrete next steps. You try them in real life, then we review what worked and adjust as you learn and build momentum.
There's no rigid formula and no expectation that you'll get it right the first time.
What You’ll Leave With
You'll leave every session knowing exactly what you're doing next. Over time, you can expect:
A decision you can stand behind, instead of another round of weighing the same options.
A practical plan with specific next steps, and the momentum to start on them right away.
Less second-guessing. More trust in your own judgment and more comfort acting before you feel completely ready.
Someone in your corner who will challenge you, encourage you, and help you stay accountable.
Time and energy back for what matters to you, instead of what everyone else expects.
Is Coaching Right For You?
Power Hours are a good fit if you are:
Ready to make more intentional choices, even if you don't know the answer yet
Willing to do things differently
Open to experimenting, learning from setbacks, and keeping moving
You don't need a perfectly defined goal to begin. Not sure where yours fits? That's what the free consultation is for.
A note about coaching and therapy. Coaching focuses on your goals, choices, and the actions you want to take moving forward. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional well-being, and may include processing experiences, addressing symptoms, and developing coping skills. There can be overlap, but they aren't interchangeable. If you're looking for support with a mental health condition or significant emotional distress, therapy may be the better starting point.
A Little About Your Coach
I'm Emily, the coach behind Rewrite Limits.
I'm a therapist of 20+ years, a business owner, a wife, and a mom of three, so I know what it's like when everyone else's needs crowd out your own decisions. I've also been on the client side of coaching. Having someone in my corner helped me take risks and act on things I'd put off far too long.
I'm not here to tell you what your life should look like. I'll challenge you, encourage you, and keep you accountable while you figure out what you want and take the steps to get there.
